CHRISTMAS JAM
12 oz. ( 1 bag ) Cranberry ( Chopped/Food Processor )
32 oz. ( 2 bags ) Strawberry ( Crushed )
8 ¾ Cups Sugar
1/3 Cup Pacific Pectin Mix
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add prepared fruit to 8 or 10 quart pot. Add Pacific Pectin Mix to fruit and bring to boil. Add first half of sugar, bring back to near boil, add remaining sugar and bring back to boil for one minute. Skim and pour.
Note: Strawberries tend to generate excessive foam. We recommend using our Pacific Food Grade Antifoam. Add to pot after fruit and before the pectin.
